We actively engage with our internal customers, including our staff, guests, suppliers, and relevant authorities, to ensure continuous improvement in our processes. MEYDE BOUTIQUE & SUITES is committed to complying with all legal requirements in all product and service processes.

Guest satisfaction is our top priority. Tracking and resolving all guest complaints, as well as informing our guests about the resolution process to turn crises into opportunities, are our core values.

We aim not only to satisfy our guests but also to keep our employees content and continually improve through training. Employee training, the protection of human rights, and equal rights regardless of religion, language, or race are fundamental principles for us.

MEYDE BOUTIQUE & SUITES adopts the principle of using energy and water resources efficiently and continually improving energy and water efficiency.

Our main objectives include preventing environmental pollution, conserving nature by using resources efficiently, reducing the quantity of waste, ensuring recycling, or rendering it harmless. Wastewater is safely disposed of without adversely affecting the environment and the local community.

We adhere to hygiene rules and conduct operations in accordance with them, striving for continuous improvement.

In our procurement practices, we support the local economy by working with local businesses as much as possible. For sustainable tourism, we make eco-friendly purchases that consume less energy, water, and generate less waste. As a business competing in the national and international markets, we consistently demonstrate the determination required to be a leader, continually improve, and secure resources. We work to understand the expectations and needs of our stakeholders very well, aiming to provide better services at a more favorable cost than our competitors.

Unfortunately, we do not currently have a room designated for disabled individuals.
